The Approach
My training is designed to be both flexible and bespoke to every client.
When I approach any group I like to get a firm understanding of what the group wants to learn that day so that they feel they are getting valuable help in the time we have.
When dealing with people I believe it is beneficial for them to explore the theories around the topic before discussing the practical advice and tips that can enhance them in their roles.
I also ensure that I establish the use of preferred pronouns at the beginning of the session and talk about my background with each subject.
